George has dedicated his life to serving others, beginning as a volunteer first responder while still in high school. Today, he serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic and as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) and Flight Medic in the Louisiana Army National Guard. Throughout his career, he has responded to emergencies in both civilian and military settings and has proudly completed two overseas deployments.

With experience ranging from emergency scenes and ambulances to military aviation missions, George brings real-world knowledge and practical insight into every class he teaches. His passion is helping students build the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively when every second counts.

George believes the best training is engaging, hands-on, and rooted in real-life experience. Whether teaching healthcare providers or first-time CPR students, his goal is to create a supportive learning environment where every participant leaves prepared to make a difference in an emergency.

Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, woodworking, and continuing to expand his knowledge through professional development and specialized training.

Kristina has devoted her career to caring for others through both healthcare and education. With more than a decade of nursing experience, she has practiced in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical nursing, critical care, home health, wound care, psychiatric nursing, and care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Pearl River Community College before completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Loyola University New Orleans.

As a Registered Nurse and educator, Kristina is passionate about transforming complex medical concepts into practical, hands-on skills that anyone can understand. She believes the most effective learning takes place in an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing techniques, and building the confidence to respond when it matters most. Whether teaching healthcare professionals, educators, childcare providers, businesses, or community members, her goal is for every student to leave feeling prepared, empowered, and capable of making a difference during an emergency.

Beyond the classroom, Kristina is committed to strengthening her community through education and service. As a wife, mother of three, and lifelong learner, she understands that preparedness extends beyond certifications—it's about equipping individuals, families, and organizations with the knowledge and confidence to protect those around them. That mission continues to guide everything she does at Frost Rescue.

Abby Sasso is passionate about equipping young people with the knowledge, confidence, and responsibility needed to become safe, capable babysitters. As a mother of two daughters, she understands the importance of preparing the next generation to care for children with confidence, compassion, and sound judgment.

Abby's experience caring for children began at just 11 years old when she started babysitting. Over the years, she has continued to build on that foundation through both personal and professional experiences working with children and mentoring others. Her patient, encouraging teaching style creates a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing new skills, and growing in confidence.

As a Safe Sitter® Instructor with Frost Rescue, Abby is committed to helping students develop practical childcare skills, emergency preparedness, leadership, and decision-making abilities that extend far beyond babysitting. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling empowered, prepared, and ready to provide safe, responsible care for children while building confidence that will benefit them for years to come.

Outside the classroom, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and is passionate about investing in children and strengthening families through education.
